16 cases of food poisoning due to consumption of contaminated unpasteurized milk

Health officials have reported a total of 20 cases of campylobacteriosis (gastro-intestinal illness) related to the consumption of raw (unpasteurized) milk from a local farm called The Family Cow in Chambersburg.

Travellers can reduce their risk of exposure to food borne intoxication by carefully following food and water precautions. Unpasteurized milk can be a major source of multiple infections.
