Air New Zealand Cancels Flight Services Due to Englne Problems

Air New Zealand is cancelling many flights due to ongoing problems with the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner engines globally. Almost 100 flights over the Christmas and New Year holidays will be grounded affecting about 14,000 passengers. The routes affected are: Auckland – Perth; Auckland – Sydney; Auckland –Tonga; and Christchurch – Perth. Air New Zealand warns that further changes could be made.
