Armed Conflict in Bangui, Central African Republic

Armed conflict broke out in the capital city Bangui, resulting in at least one civilian death and dozens of United Nations peacekeepers, civilians and militia fighters injured during an operation against armed groups. The conflict occurred in Bangui’s PK5 neighbourhood.
