At least six people killed in protests in Egypt after Friday prayers

At least six people have been killed in clashes between Islamist protesters and police after Friday prayers in the al-Talebiya district, near the Giza Pyramids, and the Nahya, al-Haram and al-Omraniya neighbourhoods near Cairo. Protests also occurred in Alexandria where police dispersed the crowd with tear gas and water cannon.
