Burkina Faso: Five Soldiers Killed in an IED Attack in Soum Province

On 17 January, at least five Burkinabé soldiers were killed when their military vehicle hit an improvised explosive device (IED). The attack took place during security operations a few kilometers west of Arbinda in Soum province.
