Burkina Faso siege has ended

At least 27 people from 18 different countries have been killed, including four attackers, in the terrorist attack on the Splendid Hotel in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Hostages have been released.

Also, overnight two Austrians were kidnapped in northern Burkina Faso near the border with Mali.
