Cases of dengue fever in Baja California, Mexico

So far, there have been 54 reported cases of dengue fever in the state. Since this virus may cause a mild infection, many infected people do not seek medical care and are not reported to public health authorities. As a result, it is difficult to gage the level of risk for the general traveller.
