Cases of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease appear to be decreasing in Sarawak

Although the daily number of cases of hand, foot and mouth disease appears to be decreasing, health officials have recorded a total of 3,866 cases so far this year.

Travellers who are travelling with small children who are most susceptible to infection with this virus can decrease the risk of exposure to hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) virus by frequent hand washing and maintaining careful personal hygiene.
