Change in Industrial Action for Rail Workers in Spain

Rail unions have called off the rail worker strikes that were to take place on July 26, 31 and August 1, 3, and 10. Partial rail strikes have been announced beginning Friday, July 27, from 0:00 to 02:00, from 7:00 to 9:00, and from 16:00 to 18:00 hours.

The unions have warned they will extend industrial action through December if negotiations are not satisfactory and demands are not met. Strikes can be called or cancelled with short notice. Check with your tour operator or carrier before travelling.
