Cholera reports continue in Angola

So far in 2013, there have been 1,050 reported cases of cholera with 18 deaths. The most affected provinces include Cunene, Uige, Luanda, and Benguela. Travellers to Angola can reduce the risk of exposure tocholera by strictly observing all food and water precautions. Ifgastrointestinal symptoms (e.g., vomiting and watery diarrhoea) develop whilevisiting the affected area, travellers should seek medical care at once.
