Civil Unrest - sectarian violence erupts in Sittwe, Rakhine State, Myanmar

A state of emergency was declared after deadly clashes between local Buddhists and Muslim Bengalis in Sittwe. Public gatherings have been banned after 7 were killed and 17 wounded. Many houses were burned.
