Consumption of raw (unpasteurized) milk causes food poisoning outbreak in Utah, USA

At least 45 people who consumed raw (unpasteurized) milk purchased from Ropelato Dairy in Weber County became ill with bacterial (Campylobacter) food poisoning. The cases were reported from Cache, Davis, Morgan, Salt Lake, Utah, and Weber counties.

Travellers should be aware that consumption of raw (unpasteurized) milk and milk products may have an elevated risk of serious food poisoning.
