Countries raise level of warning against travel to N'Djamena, Chad

Due to recent bombings in N’Djamena, Chad, some countries, have increased their security warnings for travel to the capital, N’Djamena. The United States Embassy has advised its personnel to avoid all public, open-air markets at any time and to avoid all public events that are not held at U.S. government facilities. Other countries now advise to avoid all non-essential travel to N’Djamena.
