Deadly flooding in Varna, Bulgaria

Torrential rains caused a flood wave yesterday in a low-lying suburb of the Black Sea port city of Varna, Bulgaria, killing at least 10 people. Roads are blocked, and electricity is off in the area at this time. Weather forecasters say that extreme weather will continue and more rainfall is in northern and eastern Bulgaria on Friday.
