Deadly suicide bombings continue in Baghdad, Iraq

Two suicide bombs were detonated in the crowded Al-Sinek area in Baghdad, killing at least 28 people and injuring 54 others. The first explosion appears to have been from explosives planted in a car. The second one was detonated by an individual with an explosive vest when first responders had arrived to rescue the victims from the first explosion. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group claimed responsibility for the attack.
