Demonstration against excise tax hike in Tallinn, Estonia, expected to draw thousands

In Tallinn, Estonia, a demonstration will take place on Sunday, April 26, when thousands are expected to protest a fuel tax increase at the Estonian Parliament, Toompea Castle, from noon to 3 pm (15:00).

At 7:00 pm (19:00), a candle-lighting ceremony will commemorate the anniversary of the Bronze Soldier Riots.

Both events are expected to be peaceful. However, to minimize safety risk, avoid demonstrations and protests.
