Asia

  • Viet Nam (Dong Nai, Ben Tre Provinces)
  • Bhutan
  • Pakistan (Karachi, Sindh Province)
  • Philippines (San Fernando, Pampanga Province)

Latin America

  • Mexico (Sonora, Guerrero, Morelos [Temixco and Cuernavaca], Tamaulipas [Reynosa], Tabasco, Jalisco and Yucatan States)
  • Honduras (San Pedro Sula, Cortes Department)
  • Venezuela (Guarico state)
  • Brazil (Alagoas, Mato Grosso do Sul [Campo Grande], Paraiba, and Mato Grosso States)
  • Paraguay

Caribbean

  • Dominican Republic (Valverde province)

Travellers to these areas can reduce their risk of exposure to dengue fever virus by taking all necessary precautions to avoid mosquito bites.
