Dengue fever outbreak in Caraga, Philippines results in deaths of 2 children

Health authorities in Caraga, Philippines have reported an outbreak of dengue fever with 29 cases and 2 deaths, both of whom were children.

Travellers to this area can reduce their risk of exposure to dengue fever virus by taking all necessary precautions to avoid mosquito bites.
