Dengue fever season in Thailand produces more than 20,000 cases

During the past 6 months, there have been over 20,000 cases of dengue identified throughout the country. There have been 13 deaths recorded.

Travellers to Thailand should be aware of the risk of exposure to dengue virus and take all necessary precautions to avoid mosquito bites.
