Dengue fever spreads in Tanzania

As of May 30th, the dengue fever outbreak has spread to 7 regions on the mainland and 2 regions in Zanzibar. There has been a total of 2,121 suspected cases including 4 deaths on the mainland and 8 suspected cases in Zanzibar. Almost all the cases have been reported from 3 districts of Dar es Salaam, specifically Kinondoni, Temeke, and Ilala.
