Ebola cases found in new area of Guinea

Health authorities have diagnosed 9 new cases of Ebola in the town of Damaro in the prefecture of Kerouane. This area is relatively close to where the virus was first discovered in the forest region. The risk of exposure for the general traveller remains very low provided all contact with ill persons is avoided.
