Encephalitis - 15 children die in Bihar's Muzaffarpur and Gaya districts, India

Health authorities have reported 15 deaths in children due to encephalitis (brain inflammation). Although the specific cause of the encephalitis has not been determined, it may be due to Japanese encephalitis virus.
