Explosion in Kayseri, Turkey, kills 13 soldiers and injures at least 48

An explosion, believed to be a car bomb, in the central Turkish city of Kayseri has killed at least 13 soldiers and injured 48 others. The bombing took place near the Erciyes University in Kayseri province at about 08:45 local time and appeared to target the bus carrying military personnel.
