Flood threat along Paraguay River in South America

More than 150,000 people in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil have been evacuated from their homes by some of the worst flooding in years. In Paraguay, the most affected country, a state of emergency has been declared since the Paraguay River is about to overflow in the capital city of Asuncion.
