Flooding in Narathiwat province in southern Thailand

Continuous rainfall has caused heavy flooding in three districts of Narathiwat province. Runoff from the Sankalakhiri mountain range is flowing into the Su-ngai Kolok River, causing flooding in low-lying areas, including Sukhirin, Waeng and Su-ngai Kolok districts in southern Thailand. Part of a bridge in Phu Khao Thong subdistrict has paralyzed traffic in the area.
