Floods follow drought in city of São Paulo, Brazil

During what has become the worst drought to hit the city of São Paulo in more than 80 years, sudden torrential rains (almost 100 mm in a little over 1 hour) flooded streets and submerged cars. There was commuter chaos. One person was electrocuted when a wire fell on a partially submerged car.
