Formula One race in Bahrain generates another round of protests

Protesters against the staging of the Formula 1 race blocked several roads and police fired tear gas at a school in Bahrain on Sunday. There have been almost nightly violence between police and youths in villages near the capital. Travellers should always exercise caution and avoid all publicand political demonstrations since they may become violent without warning.
