Hand, foot & mouth disease - cases continue to increase in Singapore (update)

Health officials continue to report increasing numbers of cases of hand, foot and mouth disease. Last week, there were 1,394 cases. This brings the total number for this year to 13,289 as of April 27.

Travellers who are travelling with small children who are most susceptible to infection with this virus can decrease the risk of exposure to hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) virus by frequent hand washing and maintaining careful personal hygiene.
