Heavy rains and floods displace more than 80,000 people in China's Shaanxi Province

Days of heavy rains have caused the Yellow River in northwest China's Shaanxi Province to overflow. More than 80,000 people have been displaced. SEveral deaths re reported. Most affected cities include Yulin, Yan'an and Weinan.

Travellers to this area should exercise caution and consider postponing their travel since essential services, including transportation, may be seriously affected.
