Heavy rains cause flooding across northern and central Italy

After the flooding in Genoa on October 9, the heavy rain has continued to cause havoc across northern and central Italy. At least 4 people have been killed as a result of the flooding in many areas, which include Genoa, the Emilia-Romagna region, Parma, Liguria, Piedmont, Veneto, Manciano, and Orbetello, Some areas have power outages and damage to transportation infrastructure and telecommunications.
