Hospitals with MERS cases in South Korea

While the risk of exposure to the MERS virus in South Korea is extremely low, travellers who have pre-existing medical conditions that might require hospital visits to emergency rooms should avoid visiting hospitals that have cared for MERS infected persons and where there has been know exposure to this virus. These hospitals in Seoul include:

  • Songpa-gu, Asan Medical Center (ER)
  • Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeouido St. Mary’s Hospital (ER)
  • Kangdong-gu, 365 Yeol Lin Hospital (Outpatient)
  • Seongdong-gu, St. Mary’s Family Medicine Clinic Center (Outpatient)
  • Jung-gu, Hanaro Medical Foundation (Outpatient)
  • Jung-gu, Yoon Chang-ok Internal Medicine Clinic
  • Gangdong-gu, KyungHee University Hospital at Gangdong(ER)
  • Gwangjin-gu, KonKuk University Medical Center(ER)
