Hurricane IGNACIO moving toward Hawaii

As Hurricane IGNACIO nears the Hawaiian islands, the Hawaiin governor has signed an emergency proclamation to activate a major disaster fund. Weather forecasters are predicting that the hurricane will weaken to a tropical storm by Wednesday when it is expected to pass north of Hawaii.
