Incident in area of Champs Élysées, Paris, France

A car deliberately hit a police van in the Champs Élysées area of Paris and then burst into flames. The driver died in the incident. Police found a Kalashnikov rifle, handguns and gas bottles in the car. No one was injured and police report that the situation is under control.
