Malaria cases found every day in Indore, India

Public hospitals in Indore are treating at least one malaria patient every day. So far in 2012, more than 290 cases have been reported. Private hospitals have reported 166 of these cases.

Travellers to this region can reduce their risk of exposure to malaria by taking all necessary precautions to avoid mosquito bites. Anti-malaria medication is recommended.
