Malaria is spreading in Dhalai District, India

Malaria is spreading in the tribal hamlets of Gandacherra and Amarpur, subdivisions of Dhalai district. Over the past 7 days at least 6 children, between 30 months and eight years of age, have died of suspected malaria in Tripura. So far, a total of 606 people infected with malaria have been confirmed.
