Mass rallies in New York City and Washington DC on December 13

A demonstration has been called for Washington DC and New York City on December 13 to protest police brutality. In New York City, protesters will gather at Washington Square Park and Union Square at 2:00 pm local time. In Washington, DC, protesters will gather at Freedom Plaza at 10:30 am local time and will begin a march at noon.
