Measles cases in Minnesota

Minnesota health officials have identified 3 more cases of measles, bringing the total number of cases to 20. Seventeen of these cases are related to an outbreak located in Hennepin County (Minneapolis). Ten cases were hospitalized and no deaths have been recorded.

Travellers to this area should be aware of possible exposure to measles and ensure that their childhood vaccinations are up-to-date.
