Measles outbreak at festivals in South Wales, UK

An outbreak of measles in Carmarthenshire with 9 cases has been confirmed this month. All of the cases have been linked to summer festivals. Six of the cases are directly linked to patients who contracted the virus while at the Green Gathering environmental festival in Chepstow in August. Authorities are warning parents and young adults about the importance of being vaccinated against measles.
