Measles outbreaks in the UK.

Health authorities in the UK have reported several small outbreaks of measles in school children in South Warwickshire, Sussex and Surrey.

Travellers should be aware that several countries in Europe, including the UK, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Turkey, are experiencing outbreaks of measles. There is a risk of exposure to this highly infectious virus and travellers should ensure that their childhood vaccinations are up-to-date.
