More cases of dengue fever reported in Chaco Province, Argentina

Six new cases of dengue fever have been reported from various places in the Chaco bringing the total to 17. Since this province is not far from the Paraguayan border where there has been an uncontrolled epidemic of dengue, there may be many more unreported cases. Counting andreporting may be hampered by the fact that manypersons with mild illness may not seek health care.
