More cases of Legionnaires Disease in New York City

The number of cases in the outbreak of Legionnaires Disease in the south Bronx has increased to 71. Of these, 55 are hospitalized and 4 have died. Five buildings have been identified as sites for the legionnaires bacteria: Lincoln Hospital, Opera House Hotel, The Concourse Plaza Mall, Streamline Plastic Co, and the Verizon building. Corrective measure have been completed in 4 of the 5 buildings.
