More deadly violence in Quetta, Baluchistan Province, Pakistan

After people boarded a bus near Sardar Bahadur Khan Women's University, a bomb on the bus exploded, killing at least 15 people, including 11 female students, and wounding dozens more. A second explosion then hit the casualty ward at the Bolan Medical Complex, where many of the wounded were taken. So far, at least 3 people were killed in the second attack. Travellers should be aware that several countries advise their citizens to avoid all travel to Baluchistan province due to on-going insurgency conflicts in the area.
