More risk of flooding in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri

Due to more heavy rains, 70 counties in Texas are under a state of disaster until 7:00 am Sunday due to flooding. In Dallas, Texas, a portion of Loop 12 between Irving Boulevard and Interstate 30 will be closed for at least seven days due to flooding. In south Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, police are asking those in flood plain areas to evacuate. Parts of Missouri and Kansas are also under a flood warning.
