Non-governmental agencies attacked in Myanmar

There are reports that Buddhist mobs are targeting international non-governmental organizations operating in Myanmar's western regions, including in Sittwe, the capital of Rakhine state. Rakhine State has been the center of an ongoing sectarian conflict between Buddhists and Rohingya Muslims. Several countries advise their citizens to reconsider travelling in this state in Myanmar due to ethnic tensions and unpredictable violence.
