Protests turn deadly in Nepal

At least seven police officers and three protesters were killed and dozens arrested today during demonstrations over the proposed new constitution, according to initial reports. The protest occurred in Tikapur, about 430 kilometers (270 miles) southwest of Kathmandu and in the Kailali district.
