Rough Seas in Caribbean

The Caribbean is still being affected by the ‘nor’easter’ storm that hit the United States and Canada last week. A low-pressure area has brought strong northerly winds to the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Advice

The waves are said to be larger than waves caused by Hurricane Maria. Avoid coastal areas until the effects of the storm subside.
