Security Alert for Kathmandu, Nepal

The U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu has posted a notice of security threats by a local group who may target the Chandragiri Hills Cable Car attraction through late March 2018. The same group also threatened extortion and violence against private businesses and local and international schools within the Kathmandu Valley.
