Seleka rebels in Central African Republic threaten to renew hostilities

Central African Republic Seleka rebels seized two eastern towns, Bangassou and Gambo, to protest the governments failure to release political prisoners as specified in the recently signed peace accord. The rebels may resume an insurgency against the central government. Given the uncertain political situation, several countries are advising their citizens to avoid travelling to the Central African Republic at this time.
