Serious flooding along Missouri and Mississippi Rivers, USA

Heavy rains and tornadoes have created sudden flooding along the Missouri, Meramec and Bourbeuse rivers, as well as some portions of the Mississippi River where the town of West Alton has been evacuated. The town of Union has also been evacuated. At least 13 people have died.
