Severe damage due to cyclone ENAWO in Madagascar

The death toll due to cyclone ENAWO has risen to at least 38 people and 180 injured in northeast Madagascar. More than 53,000 people have been displaced. Up to 700,000 people may have been affected by the worst storm since 2012. The full extent of the damage is not yet known due to a breakdown in telecommunications with rural communities.
